Make sure you've got your rich text editor switched on (User CP - options - bottom of page) click on the LL logo and insert the series of numbers and letters (that appear after the = sign on the url of the vid ) between the brackets.

You click the little LL button up above and inbetween the tags "" you place the media token which is the number/letter combination at the end of the video URL.
