Going through some old photos this w/e, I came across a pic of my dad at 8 yo, smiling the most beautiful and innocent smile. It was a year before both his parents would die and his life would change forever. I had a total breakdown. It's been over 4 years and the sense of separation is getting worse. My deepest condolences on an irreparable loss.
