A truly phenomenally obscene amount of money has been spent on killing & maiming Afghans, destroying their homes & further fragmenting the tribal population. If just a fraction of the trillions of dollars had instead been spent on developement, health & education projects to bring Afghanistan into the modern world, it could have been so much different. But there's no corporate profit in civil aid, It's absolutely criminal what the US & NATO has done to Afghanistan & it's people.

Yeah...damn us for building hospitals, schools, improving education and literacy, birth rates, giving women back their role in society and so on. Despite the war effort, we've done more for the Afghan people than the Taliban or the Pakistanis or the Saudis or the Iranians or any of the other nations surrounding them COMBINED.
Truly criminal.
It was truly criminal of us to remove their elected government....err wait...I mean the government that took control through bloodshed, violence, intimidation, and terror and was harboring and training terrorists that were carrying out attacks on a global level.
