That left others have to believe what the gun holder says. It will encourage people to kill in argument becuase there are too many advantages for a killer in similar case.

But should a law help the weaker side for the justice?

In the movie, it will be a murder suicide end to an interracial homosexual relationship broken up by a woman. (We'll never know what really happened!)

In court the jurors will be asked to evaluate Zimmerman's story against all the other evidence collected, much of which hasn't really been publicized. Zimmerman describes getting thrown to the ground, having his head smashed against the curb, believing he was about to die, and then shooting Martin at close range.

If Zimmerman is telling the truth, He should have some head trauma and Martin should have an extreme close range gunshot wound in the front of his body, possibly from an awkward angle.

We do know that Zimmerman had head trauma, which supports his story. However, I don't think Martin's autopsy report has been released. If the autopsy states, for instance, that there were no powder burns on Martin, that would tend to undermine Zimmerman's story.

The media as well as police, is working for the ruling class. This case has two sides, one is the man with gun and the other is armless. It also relates to the right to search and kill. That's why the police released Zimmerman right away and later Zimmerman was probated with low bail - what Zimmerman did was police always did. The law is prejudicial to them. With great possibility, Zimmerman will quit the charge in the end.

The people who get angry are mostly the low ranking of the society. They used to be poor, having no money to buy gun to protect themselves, and can't afford to ask a lawyer to help. They have to bear the panick to be checked by police, (or some one like Zimmerman) and have to endure the result of death. A lot of them are black people. So people misunderstand it's a racial case. It happens all the time.
