Both are photoshoped. The top is obviously photoshoped as you can see the tree is moved, the bench underneath where obama was is filled in and you can still make out obama's feet and crotch. The bottom is photoshoped to make it seem like there is discrepancies leading the viewer to believe the top photo is the genuine one.
