Developing and nurturing creative talent means exercising that hemisphere so it can be pretty exhausting at times. I actually started getting headaches at first but now I'm getting up to speed there is less of a problem with that. I would suggest to anyone who wants to pursue drawing or painting get that book and read it... and follow the exercises. It's one of the best books I've read on the subject.
