Not to be course, but at least he didn't linger. I'll probably go out like that.... face down on a bath mat with my tail fluffed up a bit.
I'm glad the little guy didn't suffer, and am happy to know that his few years here were in the company of awesome folks like you guys and surrounded by plenty of fellow kitties to play with and rape-bathe. He's mousin' for the lord now. Travel well little kitty.

Thanks everyone.
I think he may have broke his neck. Why ? Because , when I found'em , his tail was a bit spiked up like he was scared , but , when I was burying him , I felt a good size knot on his neck. It felt like half a marble or similar. I never felt that on'em before , ever. So , he may have been super scared , bolted off , hit the bed frame underneath & snapped his neck. Not sure , but looked like it. However , a heart attack may have been why too ... but the hard bone type knot on his neck makes me think otherwise.
