My life last year

This was my life last year on the 2 of febuary my brother passed away he was 52 in in the same month cause of death unknown my dad passed away he was 86 he passed away from missing my mum who had passed away 4 months before then my nephew passed away in the same month he was 32 he died from a drug over dose. I then found out i had to go into hospital to have a total knee replacement i was only 48 which is young to have that done . I was off work for about 6 weeks and went back to my job as an engineer, the same job that i had done for 24 years at the same company being loyal and honest . When i got back to work i was called into the office to say i was redundant due to my time off recovering.I am still out off work now due to the recession. I have never let it get me down due to the love of my kids and my darling wife so the moral is miss the ones who have passed on and live for today for the ones who are with you peace people.

I have electronics engineering and it still took six months to get a new job.
Go for being an Engineering Tech in commercial Fire Alarm and Security with CCTV as a add on.
I got NICET 2 to go with it.
I do have over ten years experience in this field but you can do it.
I am guessing your studies were in electronics since you did not specify what field of engineering you are in.

Sorry about your issues Funky ... but don't ever list them again. it's very bad for you ... like drinking battery acid or jumping off a bridge.

List the GOOD THINGS ... learn (individually and collectively) from BAD THINGS.

For the purposes of reaching out, you've succeeded 100% tho. I totally understand how your wife/kids helped you punch through all the misery.
