I think its absurd that an employer would expect the customers to pay his/her employee's salaries... sounds like quite a scam for the employer... probably allows him/her to skip out on providing benefits and paying workers compensation and other taxes...

In a tipping situation, I pay 25% if you provide unbelievably awesome service... 20% if you do a good job... ... and nothing if don't do a good job...

Although the concept of paying gratuity based on the price of the food is pretty lame.

Wow. just wow. The averge joe is pretty stingy when it comes to this. but i already gathered that through experience.

I dont care about any of this stuff talked about at all. I tip them all the same without any thought or care. I got my food and theyre gone. Dont miss the change at all. i dont care to make any points.

What i really wanted to see though is the types of character and how much they tip. I noticed that the people who sell themselves as the compassionate, for the people hippes often end up being the biggest pricks when it comes to stuff like this
