Still waiting for answers....surely the people that believe HAARP can cause earthquakes have looked into the claims, done some research, like how they can get the 3.5 MW of power HAARP puts out to amplify to the 1000's of MW's that is released when a tectonic plate lurches and causes an earthquake, also how do they get a "beam" of vlf waves to bounce off the atmosphere and reach over 4000 km away, when the Ionosphere is 100 km (approx) above sea level, do they bounce it off the atmosphere then the surface then the atmosphere etc. until the 3.5MW beam hits the target and penetrates the Earth's surface to trigger an earthquake, if they do how do they stop it causing earthquakes on route to the target?

Please I want to know, I'm too thick to work it out...I mean you experts wouldn't just read a pile of unsubstantiated bollocks and believe it....would you?

The HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy, and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems." The HAARP system intends to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere in order to:

Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with submerged submarines
Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric processes so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them
Generate ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of high frequency energy, thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes,

Yes Sean.... I've looked into it and I find it plausible that they've found a power conduit capable of stimulating activity in unstable tectonic plates.

Sometimes I wished I lived in a small, compact world where everything was exactly as the government tells us it is, the line between good guys and bad guys was clearly defined, and our MIC were really sitting back at their consoles playing Galaga rather than developing weapons that we can't even conceive of at this point.

Did you have an aneurism when they revealed LRAD technology? Because you know, they couldn't POSSIBLY be directing concentrated sound waves at an enemy from quite a distance and rendering them completely unable to continue fighting.... could they? That's just more leftist bullshit I guess.
