Which one you guy recommend for dental work?
The tooth fairy guild may want to order some.
You need power get a high power simple as that.
Otherwise a sears special will do the trick if all you do is light work.
I always recommend an 18volt or better to start with for any do it yourselfer.
Used to like the porter cable tools .. now not so much, times do change don't they?

Use an air or electric die grinder. Finer tools and higher RPM. If you add in the noise factor for air, the screams will be great.

If you really wanted to do modern dental work for less than a hundred bucks you can actually use the same stuff the best dentists use. Syringes, modern local anesthetics, and a big hammer and surgical steel rod aren't expensive. Just hope you don't pull one that exposes a sinus or has a infection.

There is one local anesthetic dentists in the US use that barely anyone is allergic to and it works pretty good. You can get 8 viles for around $80.00.

The steel rod is what veteran dentists use. It's actually better than using extraction tools time and pain wise.

In the US this means paying at least $200.00 which is 0.4% of the average national income and 1.3% of the typical entry level and as much as 16% of monthly income before taxes.

It's not too far fetched to expect people to try to bypass private practices.. $200.00 is the cheapest procedure in the lowest regions too in basic dentistry. Dental surgeons charge exponential rates.

I've got a Chicago Air Tools die grinder, that I hook up to the compressor and annoy the fuck out of the neighbours on Sunday mornings.
