She passed away yesterday 8th Nov 2012 at 9:30pm. We had a call from the hospital that she was in a critical condition. My father and sister went to the hospital but they were 2 minutes too late. According to the staff nurse she passed away somewhat peacefully. She just stopped breathing. Her heart was extremely weak. A few weeks ago she developed a urinary infection which put her in hospital where her condition grew worst. Then last week she caught a strain of the msra bug. I visited the hospital a few days ago. She was talking gaga for the most part but knew who I was. I will miss her greatly. The stories she told me about the wars were always fascinating. A rare breed. RIP Nan you are no longer suffering
