I would definitely be writing my reps about that bullshit though and having it appealed to the Supreme Court.

7 rounds is ridiculous...as I said, they don't even make mags that small for many handguns.

You can make them illegal but that doesn't mean they'll just disappear. You're just gonna have to go through unconventional ways to obtain one. It'll also make the prices go through the roof.

Then why do police need larger capacity mags? Can anyone cite the 2nd amendment was about hunting? lets be logical it was about being able to defend yourself at the time yes. And also to possible throw off the shackles of tyranny from others. If thats the case then its legal to own a Cannon as well because cannons existed at the time. It was about being able to be on equal footing as those who had the power.. fast forward to today the same thing applies access to all weapons to law abiding citizens should be the same as it was back then because nothing has changed. An absolute right that is the
2nd amendment..

My .22 holds I believe 15-17 rounds in the gun itself there is no clip. What about that weapon? Its an old style long barrel with the loading mechanism underneath where you slide the bullets in. SO what this is illegal now?
