Advice Windows Registration

you just call ms and tell them you changed your video card or something, and now windows says its deactivated. theyll just give you another key. i hope youre fluent in indian though

windows 8 Is cool I am glad I upgraded even without a tablet or touchscreen, it's pretty cool I am digging it pretty smooth didn't take long to figure out at all

You will have to ring MS to get a new code, it shouldn't cost, especially if you registered the copy in your name.

My business laptop blew up last week so i bought a Sony Vaio with i5 chip and Windoes 8. Anyway I use MS project 2010 and Visio and the whole Office pack which I bought from Software4student at a snip. I reloaded them on the new laptop and it works with the old codes. Otherwise it meant splashing out £700-800 quid for project alone.

they let you register on more than one. its sort of an unwritten thing. and the OP may have used up his without knowing. Ive done it too with ms office. They used to be much stricter but i guess all the calls to the call center got to be a burden. so they let you activate more than once, and also give you new keys with very little questions
