Exactly theres 0 projected plane that can defeat the F22 the airforce has stated this already.. Hell the F16 was considered equal to the mig29 but in every single engagment the mig29 has lost against the f16 or f15.. Why is this?

According to Simonov, C-37 (Su-47) is an experimental aircraft, designed to develop promising innovative solutions that can be implemented on future combat aircraft. It used an unusual aerodynamic scheme triplan with CBS (CBS with a front horizontal tail (PGO) and conventional rear), as well as new structural materials, coatings, and flight control systems. Since March 1998 (according to a press release AOOT OKB Sukhoi. "2000), the main designer of the aircraft is S. Korotkov.

In shaping this experimental aircraft takes into account the latest development of the Russian aviation industry in the area of aerodynamic komponovok with a high degree of static instability of the remote control and servo a new generation of manufacturing large-sized panel structures, manufacturing techniques of composite wing panels, engines with controlled thrust vector. The proportion of composite materials is 13%. The aircraft is equipped with an integrated life support system. To reduce the impact on the pilot's seat large overloads katapultnoe set at an angle of 30 ╟. In this plane, which was established in the dimension of a fighter (though by no means light), sought to combine a number of technological developments, including CBS, PGO and management thrust vectoring in flight.

Russian and foreign media reported his low visibility and the use of the aircraft radiopogloschayuschih Matter (RPM) and coatings (EPA). N / is possible that this is the case.

Representatives of the OKB Sukhoi refused for obvious reasons of extensive comments about his "birds" and its schemes of arrangement, which was published in the journal "Aviapanorama" (September-October, 2002). In doing so, they suggest that any comparison, "Golden Eagle" with the American fifth-generation (F-22, F-35) are flawed and are not sufficiently literate and ill-informed journalists, though, and do not exclude the intentional mixing of different terms in the search for sensationalism.

Halichie airplane cabin weapons shown in this configuration the aircraft, they do not deny nor confirm. However, it is clear that in such a constructive pattern of aircraft availability compartment not only justified, but it is achievable. Proof of this is the longest leaf, clearly marked with an aircraft in flight from below, located on the axis of the machine immediately after flap niche front desk chassis. Another thing - the location of the compartment on the center of gravity of the aircraft, the use of rotor launcher and other details. Therefore, the layout of the aircraft, re-used in the present issue of the journal, can be viewed exclusively as a conditional. Halichie to build optoelectronic surveillance-attack system, and it is justified by the radar installation in the modern aircraft of this class, regardless of whether these systems are installed at this time in an airplane or not.

This aircraft is still under testing. The main plane fifth generation wakes not this model ... Su-47 is equipped with wakes in the future beyond the new weapons and abilities. Today, it is not a serial destroyer...
