PC disc recovery...
Anyone know where I can buy or download disc recovery software for a hp pavillion a6500f? A nice quick download, free if possible, would be preferred. Apparently, HP no longer has any and I seem to have misplaced mine during my recent move. Third party options are all I have left. My pc is now a 50 pound paperweight thanks to a failed windows 7 upgrade. Thanks microsoft. You guys always think things through before releasing your monsters. Assholes.

Actually blue, I have the recovery discs for an equivalent HP, I don't know if they'll work, I have them for 32 bit and 64 bit. Your more than welcome to give them a try. If you want PM me your address and I'll mail them to you. If they won't work, mail them back.
I don't think that you'll find them on the net to download. EDIT: I may have another idea, let me check it out...

Ok, I have away of uploading it somewhere that you can download it from(99.9% sure). I don't know if they'll work on your putter. They may, they are for a HP m9200z Pavillion Elite, media pc.

You could always Boot N Nuke it, then use my recovery discs I am almost positive it would work, your puter would just think that it's a m9200z, the specs are almost identical. You would have to change a couple drivers later, no biggie.
