Default Anyone on straight talk?sim card rejected...

First off....FUCK straight talk and their horrible,terrible piece of shit non english fucking speaking customer "service" reps who put me on hold everytime I asked a question for an average of ten mins to tell me the same thing they already told me.Seriously...FUCK straight talk.I had to replace the sim card a month ago and after the third time they fucked up the address they finally got it right..to be honest I just want the card to get to my main screen to extract my contacts and smash this piece of shit to pieces for real...cost me thousands in lost work for their THIRD fuck up and after waiting over an hour to talk to a manager,this fucker gave me 20 free days of service....big fucking deal!Maybe if these people could understand and speak/write the English language they would understand what we tell them the FIRST time we are giving an address or name of city,state,zip,moms maiden name we wouldn't have this problem.I'm fucking tired of this overseas call center fucking shit!It sucks to have to rely on these bastards to take care of you when your primary phone is your cell.It took hours and hours of endless mindless calls to these fucks telling me the same thing to get me to the edge...I'm boycotting this scummy piece of shit fucking company,I'll blog about my time on the phone with these fucks and anything else I can do to destroy them.I may be just one person but seriously I lost a huge sum of money because of them and their bright idea to add a fucking apartment number to a house address,I also live in Texas apparently.*takes breath* End rant.



Got the sim card,put it in and was not shocked when a sim card rejected message came up.called the fucking bastards who after a god damn hour on hold and being bounced around for one to another..NONE who spoke a fucking word of English except the word....SORRY..Im ranting again...(sorry) had me give them the sim number and it would take an hour to 24 hours to activate the card?From my time with cells it never took any longer than a min to get the sim going.

so my question is....


Do you or have you used Straight Talk and if so did it really take up to 24 hours to get the fucking phone back or are they jerking me around?Is there a code to bypass the screen?I've tried it all.

Bad Tech week for sure Fuck Linux and Straight talk.

But it's not bad closer to town...and I only had one interaction with them when my phone died, so I just went into store..I was 4 days from warranty ending..brand new phone with no probs... other than the coverage out here (30 min outside Nashville) no probs, but I will have to switch when contract ends just to not have that prob.

But dang, these ratings of all the systems? For nextel, 2/3 bad ratings is considered "acceptable" ??? Doesn't sound acceptable to me..haha

Those straight talk ads had been grabbing my attention, but not so much now...

Fils, I really hope you get it all figured out with least amount of hassle...if that's still possible.

Thanks and thanks Smudge for that..seems alot of these companies need to get on the ball..I think Verizon is where it's at,my buddy has used them for 5 years and had to call customer service 4 times..everytime they reps were perfectly understandable,pinpointed the problem in mins and fixed it without further hassle and that's all I really want..that and good reception which isn't a problem where I am.Verizon..oh yeah smashed my last cell to pieces about 10 mins ago in a fit of rage when I turned it on 18 hours after the "sim card rejected" message popped on when I turned it on today so guess who's going to Walmart later?

That's what we had before tmobile, our bill was killing us though, hub had used it for work and everything and added my mom a line..our bill started being 360 a month (more than half our mortgage payment) so we went to tmobile, and I love the price diff, and my one interaction was easy schmeezy and quick, but its just the signal around my town...kind of iffy...

So yeah we'll prob go back to Verizon (who's signal here was awesome) suck it up that we'll pay more than T but maybe just find a better plan or see if they have one of those no contract deals and try to keep it under control this time.
